Sacred Journey Wellness provides mindfulness workshops, meditation classess, and Sacred Pause wellness experiences thought Maryland and the DMV region.

Through guided meditations reflective dialogue, and restorative practices such as sound healing and nervous system reset experiences, participants are invited to pause and reconnect with what matters

What is a Sacred Pause?

Many Sacred Pause experiences include a brief immersive sound experience.

A Sacred Pause is a guided moment of intentional stillness. Using crystal singing bowls, Himalyan bowls, and therapeutic tuning forks, this experience supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulations.

These experiences combine simple, accessible practices such as:

  • Guided mediations

  • Breath awareness

  • gentle body awareness

  • reflective journaling

  • restorative sound healing

  • compassionate group reflection
